Wheat-free Chocolate Orange Matilda Cake

Set oven 160*c

150g butter/marge

150g sugar

Whisk

3 eggs. Beat. Whisk in

50g ground almonds. 50g rice flour. 50g potato flour

2tsps baking powder

Add slowly as you whisk in

Add 2tsps orange essence

Add food colouring if you wish

I like lots

Divide into 2 round lined tins

Bake 20-30 mins

Smother ALL OVER with this
